Call it the surf-and-turf approach to building a restaurant family: If all goes as planned, the county’s most iconic steakhouse soon will welcome a seafood-loving sister restaurant.
The Okeechobee Steakhouse family will expand to include Okeechobee Prime Seafood, a traditional fish house focused on local and regional seafood, says owner Ralph Lewis.
